I have a page that has the "view" and "edit" radio buttons usually reserved for amin account that appears to be visible on a public page.

When you click on "Edit" (without being logged in), the radio button just goes back to "View"

However, how do I remove it from the page?

None of the other pages with the same permissions have this.  There are no modules on the page that require public input.

Could it be the Page Name? (Membership.aspx)?

Thanks
