Hi I am having a tough time trying to configure this forum for our client.  Right now as the page appears, everything is seems to be in order. The logo and flash on the top pane appears, The side navigation on the left pane appears, however, when you click on the search button. The top pane and left pane have all disspeared. Is there a way to configure where all the panes appear.  I am not sure what to do or where to look as I am out of options. Any advice or support is much appreciated.

Thank you in Advance.

This is due to the forum going into Isolation mode when you go to search, it is a mechanism that DNN uses when a module has additional controls, the short answer to your question is NO there is not a way around this.

You may not find this answer entirely satisfying, but I think it would work.  If certain panes are disappearing when in isolation mode, maybe you could get those elements out of panes and put them in your site's skin, where they would always appear.  This would make them more awkward to update later, but it looks like all of the disappearing elements (Flash-animated header, side navigation) will not require frequent changes anyway.
