I'm using Gallery version 4.3.0.  The first three albums I set up, the slideshow feature works fine.  Now, every time I set up a new album and upload pictures, the slideshow feature does not work.  When I click slideshow, I get an "Error on page" message.  The slideshow feature on the first three albums still works.  I must have changed a setting somewhere, but just can't figure out which one.  Can anyone offer a suggestion?

Thanks,
Tom

That is odd. If the module is used on a public facing site, could you provide me with its URL so that I can take a look at it? You may contact me via e-mail at bill (at) wesnetdesigns.com.

Also, please provide:

1. Any details of the 'Error on page" message.
2. Any errors which are being logged in the site's Event Viewer.
3. The permissions which you may have been applied to the problem album folders using File Manager.
4. Whether or not you have "Enable Pop-ups" checked in the module configuration.
5. Your DNN framework version.

Sorry, I'm replacing an existing domain so not public yet.

I think I found the solution.  If the flash video is not checked in the configuration when you set up the album it won't slideshow even if you go back and check the flash option.  So I deleted the albums that were not working and added them back with the flash box checked and all are working fine now.

The above solution is not correct.  I think the problem was I was using an apostrophe in the name of the album (i.e. New Year's Eve) and that was causing the problem.  I changed the name of the album to New Years Eve (no apostrophe) and the left the title New Year's Eve, and the slideshow is working for the two albums I was having problems with.  Sorry for the confusion.

Tom
