I heard that the 5.2.0 version of DNN has some bugs related to multilingual text in HTML module and other places.

And I also guess that this issue will be fixed with the next release, the 5.2.1.

I would like to know when this new fixed version will be available, so that I can upgrade from 5.1.4.

I am not aware of any decision about this. DNN 5.2.0 was released just before the US thanksgiving holidays - and a lot of people will be returning to work on Monday. There may be other issues to fix in addition to the issues you state plus 5.2.1 will require some testing, so I really can't give a timescale just speculation.

Current issues aside, I think it's common knowledge that right now we aim to get a release out at least once a month, so you may see a release before XMAS. So that will give you some idea in the future. That's all I can say because that's all I know right now....
