In theory I suppose the changing of colours for the skin should only be  a case of modifying the colours in the skin css files and then modifying the psd file so it looks right and then saving the required images to replace the existing skin images. with 62 images to change that's going to be a little more work, but none the less the same process.

What I would do, although this is going to take slightly longer is open the individual images used within the skin and place them over their respective elements in the psd layout, you'll then know which areas you need to save out.
