Hi, one of my customers installed the Effority User Directory module on a DNN 4.9 site, and it has caused the following error. The site is obviously down which is bad, does anyone know how I can resolve this or remove the module without having access to the site?

 Server Error in '/' Application. Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately.

Compiler Error Message: BC30456: 'ToDictionary' is not a member of 'System.Collections.Generic.List(Of DotNetNuke.Entities.Profile.ProfilePropertyDefinition)'.

removing all files from inside /app_code/userdirectory shall fix your site.

In the future. please make sure to validate the requirements prior to installing an extension.

 Sebastian,

I'm getting the same issue.  I only see that .NET 3.5 need be installed as a requirement.  Are there other req's I'm not seeing?

 Helps if you read the "readmefirst" document.  Didn't realize Linq needed to be set up as well.
