We used to be able to group a custom registration page by the categories, the category would display as a heading - was this taken out of DNN?

I have a need to customize the registration page and although I certain fields in seperate categories the fields are not displayed in their categories and the category headings are not displaying either.

Has anyone else experienced this and how did you correct it?

I'll make the request. However, I think a better request will be to add it back in and give the administrators the ability to select whether the categories should be displayed.

Couldn't that module be replaced with the older version by dropping in the necessary files? Just thinking out loud - I'll try it later.
