I would like to know how to delete a language. I want to loose the default English language and have a portal with only 1 language that is not English. I want to do this in Dutch and in German. I don't want to use the unchecked enable function, because this isn't working.

Thanks in advance.

you cannot delete English Language, you need to disable it after switching default portal language in Site Settings.

Hi all.

I have pretty similar problem - I'm interested in to have only one active language - czech.

But when I access my website with Firefox and not logged in (anonymous user), it always uses ENG interface. With accessing with IE it's ok - seems like detection from http header.

Is there any way to "lock" interface only to one language diferent than ENG? I don't see nothing like that in the Site Settings.

Thanks for answer..

go to admin :: languages, in DNN 5.1+ you need to select English in DropDownList and hit "edit" (sorry for the bad UI). now you may untick "enabled" for the current portal.
