I have installed the survey module in dnn 5.1.0 , The survey apear in the page successfuly but when i try to submit survey I get the error:  A critical error has occurred.
Value cannot be null. Parameter name: String

If you fill out all the survey elements does it work?

While logged in as Administrator, go to the EvenT Viewer under the Admin tab and post any relevant errors.
