How can I prevent a user from receiving an email message once their registration has been approved (EMAIL_USER_REGISTRATION_PUBLIC_BODY)?

No good. I don't want ALL messages disabled, just that ONE message because I have an external process that is going to be sending a highly customized HTML welcome message.  Can I somehow stop DNN from sending that one message?

Bump :: I really need to know if this "Welcome Message" can somehow be disabled.  My client is extremely anxious on this point.
