I am looking to brainstorm a good, visual way to provide a gallery of bios on a DNN website. I had used a carousel-type module but most site users found it too hard to flip through. Any thoughts on a strategy of showing about 17 profiles of employees with bio information, a photo, and some external links? A gallery of sorts.

Plus we may want to have a spotlight on the home page with a feed of this info to direct more people there.

Any suggestions or inks to good solutions on the web would be greatly appreciated.

Have you considered using something like SmartSocial or ActiveSocial or is that overly complex for your needs?

Hi Stacy,

Check out this demo of digScatter.  It can't publish feeds, however it can consume RSS feeds if you want to use something like digArticle to create the bios, and use digScatter or digRotate to import the RSS feeds for display.  See this demo of digRotate at the bottom of the page using the RSS feed from digArticle.

Thanks,

Mike
