Email Notification

Can someone please help me? Here's the problem when a customer signs up as registered user they receive to email the first email reads as following

Why is the module sending the reg adm email as well as the reg user email? There has to be some place where I can set which notification file to send.

This is a new issue to me - we're very careful with what information can be sent in emails e.g. Host:Encryptionkey can only be seen by host users (theres a security bit value in the table that the stored procedure references to ensure this). Are you using a custom registration module, or bulk email sender? I'm guessing from the UCU prefix at the top of the mail that you're using the 3rd party ucanuse modules, perhaps they're causing the issue?
