Using 5.2. When I log in as host using https for the site and go to portals menu under host, all the urls for the portal aliases have their urls prefixed with https. These sites don't  have ssl certificates. The urls need to be http.

I don't know why  the urls are related to the way I am logged into to the site.

portal urls are stored without protocol and current one is used in Host menu. login to a different portal first and goto Host menu and it should not be using https any longer.

I need to log in to host using https. I only use a site with ssl cert to log in as host. I don't want my host credentials going out in clear text.

This design assumes every portal has an ssl cert just because I used https for the host site? It doesn't make sense to me.
