 Hi everyone..

I STILL can't get paypal to work for subscriptions..

Every time I try to click SUBSCRIBE, I'm simply redirected back to the last page I was viewing (with some "error" added to the web address bar). Never get sent to paypal at all...

I'm running DNN 5.2

Several posts here reference adding 3 settings to the portal settings table, which I've done, but it doesn't help.

If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated!

What "error"?  Log files?

Jeff

I get redirected back to whatever page I was at (such as my home page) except the address bar just gets the following added to it:

I should probably mention that this is a DNN installtion hosted by GoDaddy (so it's not installed to the root but rather into a folder called "home") Not sure if that helps. Anyone have any ideas? I really need to get this working!!

Hi everyone,

Just in case you were following this thread I wanted to let you know I found the solution!

I originally followed the instructions here: http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/F...

Anyways, according to those instructions, the last setting (paypalsubscriptionnotifyurl) was supposed to be left "empty" (i.e. "null"). After opening the 'PayPalSubscription.aspx.vb' file, I noticed that inside the 'Page_Load' area the script checks to make sure that none of these settings are NULL, and if they are, it returns the error..

Low and behold, I just dropped my home page into that last setting (so that none of the 3 settings are NULL) and everything worked great!

Seems like it's always something simple...
