I may not be looking for the right name (I thought this was "Advanced Control Panel") but I don't see it listed as such in the following list of modules installed. My copy that I installed from is dated 12/31/09, and listed as 1.00.00.05.

It happens on all the pages I've tried, including one with just 1 sentence in a basic HTML/Text module, as the only module on the page. It happens in both portals (i.e., somewhat different headers) on the same DNN site. It also happens on another completely distinct site, with a different header altogether.
