I have DNN 05.01.04 (3) installed along with AD. When i try www.website.com i am getting a window wherein i have to put username and password. If i keyin the Domain User and the password , then i can view the website. If i cancel this window , I am getting an error that you are not authorized to view the webpage.

If i try a second time, then i am logged in to the website. The WindowSignin.aspx file has got only Windows Authentication and no anonymous access.

How could this be solved

Is this from within the network or when you hit the site externally? If it's internally then you need to put the site in either the Trusted Sites or Local Intranet under the Security Tab of your Internet Options.

Hi Mark

Yes this was within the network and once i added the website to the local intranet it sorted out the issue.I have already added to the Group Policy so that it takes effect.

Thanks

Liju
