1st thought is permissions issue.

Grant FULL CONTROL to the Network Service account on the root of your web folder

Grant Read & Execute, List folder contents and Read permissions to the ASPNET account on the root of your web folder

Also, check that you have "Directory Browsing" enabled in IIS for this site.

Thanx Ken, but I'm new to IIS7 and I can't even find where to change .NET version. The settings say it's using 2.0. Can you tell me how to do that and everything else you just said? I've already applied permissions for NETWORK SERVICE and for some reason everytime I go to the root folder properties, it shows "read only" marked and I don't understand why... I change it everytime and still shows.

First, Windows 7 has IIS 7.5, which no longer defaults to the Network Service account.  But one issue is it looks like you may not have configured the folder /cinemacafe as an application in IIS.  See www.iis.net for help on configuring IIS.
