Hi, I'm quite new to DNN (mainly created modules and portals) - I'm looking for a way to create a user which can see whatever a registered user see, and can also create a user with a limited authorization (same as registered). It can be a portal admin, but without the ability to manage pages and the rest of abilities (sub-menues) under the admin menu, but with the ability to add authorized users, and permissions to view pages.

With DNN 5.x you can delegate permissions to allow users to have access to the 'User Accounts" module, however, they will be able to create a user with ANY permission, not just users with Registered User Permission.

If you need more limited solutions, you might need a custom module.
