Hi,

I'm in this buisiness since 2001 and please read all my previous posts, I'm not here to disturb or tell bad things for nothing but I've hired a guy in 2009 who was supposed to build me custom skins.  He approached me and I did not know him so it may occur to you...

We made an agreement that he would build be 10 skins and he asked for 50% upfront.  Unfortunately, he never finished correctly and completely even 1.
I would have like to read a post like this before hiring him and that is why I do it...

I lost 250$ USD (my account I gave upfront) with a guy from India called Sandeep working under the name of Sand Technologies...

The only this he did very well was promesses...

PLEASE don't hesitate to contact me if you have any question concerning this case.  It's important that our community hold itself to protect ourselves against people like this.

This is very unfortunate....
