How can I change the order of menu items? Where can I find a description of this in the documentation? Thanks!

Found the answer! From the menubar: Admin->Pages can be used to change the order of the menu items/pages.

Glad you found your answer :)  Note that for a single page, you can also change the location in which it appears on the menu by visiting the page settings and changing its parent.  (This dropdown, however, cannot be used to change the order in which it appears.)

Using DNN7, I'm not able to change the order of the child pages appearance.  No menu to choose "follow this page" appears like when creating a page for the first time.  Where did it go?  Quit moving cheese...

Rusty, in Admin > Pages you may drag and drop pages in the tree as you need (DNN6 and above, previous versions provide buttons for moving pages in the simple tree).
