Hello,

As DNN sites are slow in nature, i would like to use preloader while the site is getting load, because it simply shows the white page & user has to wait for some time. I have already done all the performance related modifications, so i just wanted to know about preloader.

Please share something about this, if you have faced the same problem.

Thanks in advance for your replies.

I am not aware of anything like this, an honestly I don't see it as being necessary.

What time of page loads are you seeing?

loading behavior depends on rendering engine used by your browser - you might experience totally different view on FF/Chrome and IE.

there are quite good articles, how to prevent blank screen being rendered (e.g. by providing sizes for all elements).

if the skin is constructed with mostly tables, browsers won't start rendering the page until the closing table tag has been processed/downloaded....
