I recently upgraded from 4.4.1 to 4.9.5. I see that all links are broken. Below is the error. I verified that "dbo.dnnLinks_GetLinks" exists in the database. Any ideas?

Error: Links is currently unavailable.

What databaseOwner and objectQualifier attribute values are you using in the SqlDataProvider provider section of web.config - both before and after the upgrade? Example of this section follows:

<providers>
        <clear />
        <add name="SqlDataProvider" type="DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider, DotNetNuke.SqlDataProvider" connectionStringName="SiteSqlServer" upgradeConnectionString="" providerPath="~\Providers\DataProviders\SqlDataProvider\" objectQualifier="" databaseOwner="dbo" />
      </providers>

Are you able to log into the site? Does content of Text/HTML modules appear to be that which existed prior to the upgrade?

Both before and after the upgrade, I have

<

add name="SqlDataProvider" type="DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider, DotNetNuke.SqlDataProvider" connectionStringName="SiteSqlServer" upgradeConnectionString="" providerPath="~\Providers\DataProviders\SqlDataProvider\" objectQualifier="" databaseOwner="dbo" />

Yes, I am able to get into the site and Text/HTML modules are displaying fine. The issue is only with the links.
