I'm doing a clean install of DNN 5.2.1, during the database installation scripts I get the below

Installing Database - Version 05.00.00...Success
Upgrading Database to Version 05.00.01...Success
Upgrading Database to Version 05.01.00...Success
Upgrading Database to Version 05.01.01...Success
Upgrading Database to Version 05.01.02...Success
Upgrading Database to Version 05.01.03...Success
Upgrading Database to Version 05.01.04...Success
Upgrading Database to Version 05.02.00...Success
Upgrading Database to Version 05.02.01...FAILURE ERROR: (see 05.02.01.log for more information)

The log file located at Website\Providers\DataProviders\SqlDataProvider\05.02.01.log contains the below

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Invalid object name 'Lists'.
at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection)
at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlInternalConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection)
at System.Data.SqlClient.TdsParser.ThrowExceptionAndWarning(TdsParserStateObject stateObj)
at System.Data.SqlClient.TdsParser.Run(RunBehavior runBehavior, SqlCommand cmdHandler, SqlDataReader dataStream, BulkCopySimpleResultSet bulkCopyHandler, TdsParserStateObject stateObj)
at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.RunExecuteNonQueryTds(String methodName, Boolean async)
at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.InternalExecuteNonQuery(DbAsyncResult result, String methodName, Boolean sendToPipe)
at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.ExecuteNonQuery()
at DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider.ExecuteADOScript(String SQL)
at DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider.ExecuteScript(String Script, Boolean UseTransactions)

/* Set DataType List to be a SystemList */
/****************************************/

UPDATE Lists SET SystemList = 'True' WHERE ListName = 'DataType'

I'm running this on Windows 2003 R2 SP2, .Net 3.5 SP1, SQL 2008 SP1.  Anyone have a clue as to how this can be fixed?

That is a well-known error in version 05.02.01 when an objectQualifier is prefixed to database objects. It has been fixed in version 05.02.02 which became available for download today. I suggest that you delete all files and the database for the failed 05.02.01 installation, and then obtain and install version 05.02.02 instead.
