I am working on a custom module that will allow users to enter data. The module needs to be able to produce a letter (.doc document from a .doc template) based on the data that has been entered. The problem I am having is when I attempt to open the template. I am importing Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word and using the following code to open the template and save it as a .doc, I haven't started putting data in it yet:

Dim Wrd As New Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.Application
Dim WrdDoc As Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.Document

WrdDoc = Wrd.Documents.Open(Server.MapPath("\DesktopModules\MyModules\Test\TEST_Template.dot"))
WrdDoc.SaveAs(Server.MapPath("\DesktopModules\MyModules\Test\TEST_Report.doc"))
WrdDoc.Close()
Wrd.Application.Quit()
Wrd = Nothing

I am getting the following error:
Message: Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: There is insufficient memory. Save the document now.

If I set <identity impersonate="true"/> in my web.config I get the following error:
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {000209FF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005.

I have tried everything I can think of but I am still unable to simply open the template and save it as something else, any suggestions would be much appreciated.
