I have two accounts that Im trying to delete.  It seems as if the accounts arent there.  Heres my error message:

DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.UserModuleBase.get_IsUser() at DotNetNuke.Entities.Modules.UserModuleBase.get_IsProfile() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Users.ManageUsers.get_ModuleActions() at DotNetNuke.UI.Modules.ModuleInstanceContext.LoadActions(HttpRequest Request) at DotNetNuke.UI.Modules.ModuleInstanceContext.get_Actions() at DotNetNuke.UI.Containers.ActionBase.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Warning This account doesn't exist

I'm using DNN version 5.01.02.  Is there a way to delete the accounts that are saying theyre not there?

This may not be of any help at all, but I had sort of the same problem, in reverse.  During my initial setup and testing, I deleted a user account (or thought I did), then later tried to create a new one with the same name.  I got an error message saying that username was already in use, but I couldn't see it anywhere on the site.  So I opened SQL Server Management Studio, and manually deleted the account from these three tables: from aspnet_membership where Email = "emailtodelete";

delete

from aspnet_Users where UserName like '%usernametodelete%'

delete

from DNNPro_Users where Username like '%usernametodelete%'

delete

Thanks for the help.  I'll give that a try and see what happens.
