NO IT IS NOT OK. 

I DONT' SEE NOTHING INSIDE THE MY HTML MODULE AND ANOTHER

IN A MODULE I HAVE THIS MESSAGE 

A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

CAN HELP ME ?

Please post the  05.02.01 log output it's impossible to say if your site is useable or not without knowing what failure was written into the log file.

Also post the full error message for the "Object reference not set to a instance of an object" error that appears in the site's Event Log

Did you restore the web files AND the database back to 5.1.4 before re-running the 5.2.2 upgrade?

  Hi,

in top of this post i write my problem with upgrade from 5.1.4 to 5.2.1 (and there is the message and the sql log) .

Another user say me to restore 5.14 (file system and db)  and do udgrade to 5.2.2 .

I restore and the site is ok , but when i do the upgrade to 5.2.2 the message is

i see the 

 providers/dataproviders/sqldataprovider/05.02.01.log file

but it is empty. 

now i restore 5.1.4 and upgrade again to 5.2.2 and see if log again empty.
