I receive the following error when attempting to use Ajax Extenders from the toolkit found at http://ajax.codeplex.com:

AjaxControlToolkit requires ASP.NET Ajax 4.0 scripts. Ensure the correct version of the scripts are referenced. If you are using an ASP.NET ScriptManager, switch to the AjaxScriptManager in System.Web.Ajax.dll, or use the ToolkitScriptManager in AjaxControlToolkit.dll.

I have made sure to, on page_load, use the DotNetNuke.Framework.AJAX.RegisterScriptManager() method.

How do I control which script manager the DNN core uses so that it registers the one needed by the toolkit's controls?

Thanks for your help!

Matt Christenson

Excuse the duplicate post, I received an error message when posting the first one and did not realize that it had been submitted.

I am having this same problem when trying to use the HoverMenuExtender and would like some insight.
