For the life of me, I just cant figure this one out.  When you have an HTML module added to a page, and the title of the module is showing... How can I get the edit menu, or rather the pencil which appears over the real drop down menu for the module to NOT show up when my mouse flys over the title section.

Currently, whenever I go towards the menu to perhaps edit or choose one of the menu options, if i pass over the title, it will replace the menu with the edit button.

Would really rather have that edit menu not come up at all if possible, or for the div thats hold it to be relational?  and be offset from the other menu that ends up being below it.

Help!

usually it depends on the direction, you are coming from when approaching the menu, however, you might turn off inline editing in site settings.
