Hi,

I am trying to setup a Table using Forms and List Module and use that Table in other Modules (like Dynamic Forms, Reports, etc.)

I am able to create a New Form and add records.

How to find the actual Table Name created by this instance of the Form & List module?

Is there a way I can choose the Table Name ?

I like the ease of importing and exporting records using Form and List module.

I am also looking for some ideas on implementing multi-level dependent lists (like: continent >> Country >> Region >> State >> County >> City >>Community Service Centers) with easy import and export of data using CSV. - using Form and List module.
