While doing some research on the Microsoft website, I ran across a really neat menu system.

http://www.microsoft.com/systemcenter

This menu has a horizontal root, a second level horizontal menu right below it (which shows submenus without clicking on root item), and in a couple of places there are drop-down menus from the second-level menu.

Is it possible to duplicate this menu using the NAV menu in DNN 5.2?

Hi Dan,
haven't done this with DNN:NAV so far, but there is a 3rd. Party Module out there which is able to do things like this:

More Mircrosoft Sites are using this kind of menu which I really find it annoying:

  1. Like dnnNAV, the second level menu only shows / clickable after page is fully loaded.
  2. I have to carefully scroll my mouse to the left again to click on the menu options.
  3. Look weird when there's nothing on the second menu bar...

Thanks,
George
