Hello all.

I would like to have a custom login module.

As we already have registered user informaiton in Sql Server 2005 database, we would like to reuse them. We would also like to use a stored procedure to authenticate the user logins.

Also, if the user is logging in for the first time, after login he has to Agree to an agreement before being able to continue. We do not want the 'Register' button on the pages, because we do registration through another internal application.

I am a beginner at DNN. I have installed DNN and played with it, but have not done any custom coding.

Any direction will be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

Mokles

The most elegant way to do this would be thru a custom membership provider.

This would allow you to create a custom login module that provides the sort of functionality you are looking for
