I really need to be able to keep TabModuleSettings on a module when I copy to create a new page. How to implement functionality copy TabModuleSetting  when a copy module to create a new page. (TabModuleSettings is required (instead ModuleSettings (apply to all instances of a Module)))

Because the intended purpose of TabModuleSettings (as opposed to ModuleSettings) is to provide unique settings for each instance of the module even when the module is added as a copy of an existing module, I believe that you will have to manually reset these after copying the page. I can, however, understand your use case.

I have a lot pages which should be created with the same settings of the module (each module can be setup manually if required).

'I believe that you will have to manually reset these after copying the page" - it is time consuming.

The problem is simple: TabModuleSettings does not  copy  when new page is created.

Is it possible to add some functionality to the module, which will be triggered once the module is created via copy?

It can be done via adding possibility to export/import TabModuleSettings to the IPortable interface of your module (The IPortable interface will allow the users of your module to export/import content). The IPortable interface will be triggered once the module is created via copy.
