When an event is 'deleted', the 'cancelled' flag is set in the record. If events older than x days (expire events older than .. days option) they are normally deleted (actually removed). When the 'cancelled' flag is set however, they appear to be left alone. They should be deleted.

Regards

Hans

Hi Hans,

The logic should be that when all events for a recurring event (EventsRecurMaster) are cancelled, then the EventsRecurMaster record is deleted, which will delete any Events records.

Is this not what you are seeing?

Roger

Hi Roger

Took a little longer because i wanted to check on what you said. You're right. Events are canceled until the Recurring master record is deleted. I must have done something different to cause one or two events in a recurrence set to actually be deleted. Anyway, things work the way you said.

Thanks

Hans
