I am trying to get this events module to work... obviously.  It seems to install ok, it appears in the modules list, I can add it to a page successfully and have it display in the default calendar mode no problem.  An issue appears when i either try click on " + "  to add a record, or even change view modes to 7 days mode.  A java script error appears at the bottom, and it throws an exception.

I am running DNN 5.2.2 & Events 5.0.3

Maybe something missing in web.config that is related to ajax? or missing assembly?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jason,

Have you tried placing the module on an empty page with a default DNN skin applied to identify whether it is a problem with your site/skin rather than with the Events module. I'm not aware of this error having been reported elsewhere with this combination of versions.

Cheers
Roger

Thanks for your reply,

I finally nailed it.  I installed a fresh DNN copy locally, and installed events (which was working), then compared web.config files.

The following module was commented out.  Not sure why it was, but that was the issue, pretty sure it ajax relies on it.  I uncommented and it worked.
