Just installed a fresh 5.2.2 instance, logged in and created an Editorials page, dropped a blog module on that page and I'm getting:

An error has occurred.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.NavigationControl.SolpartMenuNavigationProvider.Bind(DNNNodeCollection objNodes) at DotNetNuke.UI.WebControls.SolPartActions.BindMenu(DNNNodeCollection objNodes) at DotNetNuke.UI.WebControls.SolPartActions.BindMenu() at DotNetNuke.UI.WebControls.SolPartActions.Page_PreRender(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

This is just after inserting a blog item on the page and it shows up inside the "Most Recent Blog Entries" module.  I uninstalled the blog module using Host | Module Definitions w/Delete file option.  Visited this website and downloaded latest blog release and installed it.  Dropped the module on the Editorials page once more and same thing.

Is the blog module not supported in 5.2.2?  If it is what must I do to get it working?

Thanks Much

Darin

Weird, I just logged out and logged back in and the error is gone.

Wait its back.  It comes in Edit Mode and goes away in View Mode.
