Hi,

Currently we are looking at ways to improve performance and we have noticed there is a 'select * from vw_Tabs' which is brining back every single tab for every single portal which currently is 5.5mb each call, and it is called 100's of times a day. My question is whether anyone knows why DNN is calling this? and can we limit the number of rows that is bought back?

Thanks

Hi Sebastian,

Is there anything we can do to improve wait times with this sql view?

Thanks

AFAIR there have been improvements for DNN 5, you might consider upgrading.
Another option would be optimising the stored procedures which are calling the view and maybe improving indexes.
