I've just activated OpenID and LiveID for my portal and after tweaking the login-control, things look pretty fine.

However, when I log in with either OpenID or LiveID and create a new user account (instead of connecting with an existing one), I stay on the same page and receive the confirmation message. When I click that message, I get to the login screen - and would need to enter a password to "properly activate" my account.

Now, since I'm admin on my portal, I could check and see that the user already is activated. But for "real users" this would be extremely confusing. Is there a setting to fix that somehow or is this a bug? I do need verified user registration for users that directly register with the portal - but obviously, verification is quite misplaced for OpenID and LiveID.
