It seems sometimes the thread does not lock.  If you lock a post that is not the first one nothing happens.  Then if you lock the top post nothing happens until you unlock the lower thread.  Then the lock iocn is used but you can still reply.  Anyone notice things like that?  shouldn't locking any post lock the whole thread?

I'm having similar problems - it seems when ever I lock a post (usually the first in a thread), anybody who has already posted to the thread can still post replies, however users who have not posted to the thread are unable to.  Surely nobody should be able to post a reply?

Any ideas on this?
