done upgrading.... it's good that all modules are working.. :)

I just got into this today.... The part where creation of new module page is blank!

It should be like this, like what I had on my Fresh Install of 5.2.3

What do you think happened? The Upgrade is Successful though, but  I have to create new module... I already did the manual creation on the Source. Please help....
