I need to know exactly how to restore (step by step) a dotnetnuke 3.2.2 installation.

I am using a dedicated server at MaximumASP and have full control over everything.

I have everything backed up including:

1. Database (database and logs)
2. IIS 6
3. All files in DNN directory including web.config.

I can't seem to find any documents that explain a full restore process.
Now I have all the files on my local hardrive and have ftp'd them to a new blank server.

What do I do next.

Among the forums and scattered documents - there is a lot of grey areas surrounding dotnetnuke restoration.

A reply with a document url that explains the process in detail would suffice.

Otherwise I plan to contract someone to develop this document (backup and restoration of a dotnetnuke portal for dummies style) and will provide it to everyone free of charge.

Specs are Windows Server 2003, SQL Server 2000, DNN 3.2.2

Refer to docs on the products you're using (i.e. SQL Server). There's nothing special when it comes to DNN as far as doing a restore, assuming you get the DB and file system restored from the same time.
