Hi - I am using DNN v5.2 and have downloaded the Gallery 4.3 Install zip. However, after successful installation on my page, I get this error when I click on Add Files: A critical error has occurred. Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow.

I also have a DNN v5.1 on my localhost and with the same Gallery 4.3 install there is not one problem. Any ideas? Thanks.

That is a known issue which was reported a few days ago in this forum:

When logged in as host user, navigate to Admin-->Site Settings and open the section Advanced-->Host Settings. There you will find a field for Disk Space (in MB) which can be used to place a limit on the amount of disk space consumed by the portal. If the value is 0, there is no limit. If the value is set to more than 2047 MB (about 2 GB), Gallery will throw this exception which is due to overflow in a System.Long variable when you attempt to add a file.

The fix for now is to set the portals Disk Space value to either 0 (no limit) or less than or equal to 2047 (about 2 GB).
