Hi

I have a user that has "unregistered" their account (I received an email notification that this user has "unregistered" their account), and now cannot login - I get emails telling me that this user is trying to access a locked out user account.

I can see the account in the users list when logged in as host, but it does not show the user as being locked out. I also see noweher to "re-register" him.

How can I re-register this user - they are a publisher on the system (they belong to a role called Publisher), so I don't want to delete their account as they will lose the ability to manage previous posts they have made to the system.

Thanks in advance.

Are they un-Authorized?  If you go into the Edit Users screen and click the pencil icon next to the user name you should see a link at the bottom of that control.  It will either say, Authorize User or Un-Authorize User.  If they are not authorized, click the Authorize User link.
