Checkout social.codeplex.com. The SearchDirectory module will allow for XSPF output. It accepts a Playlist=1 parameter in the URL. You will need to also install WebControls, WebServices, Categories, and IndexItem module. IndexItem module is used to submit the audio. SearchDirectory is used to provide a list view of the audio (can be categorized) and XSPF generation.
