When "Enable Month View Cell Events" in "Month View Settings" is unchecked the CSS gets applied differently to the Weekend cells.

When it's checked, as for a normal Calendar, the CSS that's applied is:

class=EventWeekendDay EventDay

When it's unchecked, as for a small calendar, the CSS that's applied is:

class=EventDayEvents

The effect of this is that if you have a different background color for the weekends, it gets overridden if there is an event on the weekend.

Hi David,

I think this is true for all days on which there are events, they would all get css applied the same.. I could have a look and see if we can apply a seperate CSS for week-end days when there are events so that a different css can be applied to that used for week-days.

Cheers
Roger

Always the quickest reply in the business.  Thanks Roger.

You can see this in action with the Default Theme.  Just put an event on the weekend and then uncheck "Enable Month View Cell Events".  You can see the difference right away by toggling this setting.

BTW, I'm running version 5.0.3.

Thanks for the great work you and the rest of the team are doing.

Yep, I can see what is going on. I'm changing it so that it applies a separate CSS for the week-end days, but then need to review all the themes... This will be in 5.0.4.

Cheers
Roger
