subscription

Hi, is it anyone success use subscription (membership service) for registered user to pay pay pal and automatic update user's role? Mine is not working. Don't know how to check? Please help. Many thanks.

Hi There,

I have the same problem. There are three things to check. One is to make sure you are using the primary email address that you use for pay pal as the login when specifying it in the portal settings. I have forgot the other two things?

I wish i knew!! my does not work either. It only worked for a bit and then stopped. I have check all three things are it did not fix the problem. The three things are:

1. Make sure it is a Verified PayPal account

2. Must be a Business or Premier Account

3. Email used in portal settings must be set as the Primary email in your pay pal account.
