Hi there. I have a website and I would like to change my home page (make it wider, add some modules etc) but I do not want to change every page of my website! Ideally, only the home page.

I think it is possible to create a page that looks different from others, or uses a different master page. I do not know if we can do that directly from the editing module of DNN, but I guess it is possible to create a homepage with its own .aspx file that points to a different master page than the master page by default .

I was wondering if somebody could give me some clues about how to do this...

Tx in advance!

You can do this by assigning a different skin in the PAGE SETTINGS for the page in question. I would recommend on the Admin/Site Settings page that you choose the default skin that all your pages should use, then you can override that setting on specific pages, such as the home page.

You'll either need a Skin package that has multiple layouts, or potentially use two different skin packages to do this. Or you could create your own.
