Hello, we have problems with adding new records after upgrading to DNN 523; changing table records does work well. The error message is shown below. Did anybody have this issue before?

Regards
Oliver

yes - many times....

I have this error on two occasions on different portals.
Are there any other error logs I could switch on?

Which version of Form and List are you running? Do both portals share the same installation?

I am on DNN 5.2.3 and F&L 5.1.1 (according to my Module Definitions, but if I look on the F&L download page it shows 5.0.1 as the latest?).  I have 3 parent portals on the same installation and they are all erroring when trying to add a new record.
