If anyone could help with this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. When I go into edit mode, blue question marks appear and all of the text input boxes either move off the screen to the right or move too far over to edit.

I created my skin with Artisteer if that helps.

Unfortunately that is going to be hard to test for everyone else, but I would recommend taking a look at the Firebug plugin for FireFox. It will allow you to "inspect" elements on the page, and see what CSS is being applied to those elements. It is likely that you have some weird CSS being applied to the help links in your skin for some reason.

Sorry I can't say that I've seen this problem before, but I also haven't used Artiseer before either.

I'd suggest contacting Artisteer for support. besides make sure, the Artisteer does not conflict with existing CSS added to portal.css, which is acccessible via UI in Admin :: Site Settings
