hi ,

i have 2 sites on the same server, same settings. both of sites are using 4.9.3 DNN, meanwhile one is succeed sending feedback via dynamic form, one other is not.

when i submit dynamic form it will always show : 

[Junk Mail] =?iso-8859-1?Q?Contact Us?=

on the subject. does anyone ever expereienced about this ?they're both using the same settings.

Are the SMTP settings exactly the same? What about the email addresses that they are sending from? It's likely that your mail server is marking things as junk if the emails don't match the address that the server is actually sending from

what globalization settings are you using in your web.config? Besides you may contact DataSprings to get to know, under which condition they add encoding to the subject line.
