Hello,

I am new to the board and also DNN.  However, I am not new to using a CMS.  The question I have is in regard to module spacing.  Currently on my company's website we use Form Master 2008 for our forms.  Whenever we insert them below a HTML module, we get a rather large blank space.  The question I have is how do I get rid of this space?  Is this just a HTML fix, CSS fix, or something else?  I look forward to your response(s).

I have attached an image of what I am talking of.  You can see the space between the form module and the top HTML module.

Thank You,

Kenny

Module spacing like you are seeing there can be caused by a number of things.

1. It could be the containers you have in use on your site, they may have extra spacing in place

2. it could be within the content of you modules, either extra <P> tags before or after modules

I recommend you download the Firefox browser and then the Firebug plugin for Firefox. It can be used to "inspect" html and easily see what HTML is causing specific issues, with that you can try to track down where the HTML is coming from

if you are using IE8, there is a development tool already built in, simply press F12 to display it.
